I am in my new home....
We closed on Wed and moved in Sat. This house is filthy (Yuck). The only good thing is everything (I mean everything) is done in paneling or linoleum (sp?) so I can wash everything. The house was vacant for 9mos and before that an elderly couple lived here that obviously kept everything working but not clean. I cant wait to get an architect in here to design, it is alot of small rooms and without adding anything we should be able to make a beautiful house. I am adding a deck or sunroom, everntually both but I have to decide which one first. I just thought I would share.... ![]()

ETA: under all the linoleum floors we found Maple hardwood floors so I can just have them finished.
