I am in need of a Scanner

I know that Shamma posted this same questions a while back but here we go again.

My scanner broke during my move and I can't get it to work. Now I take this as a excuse to buy a better scanner. I am dying to scan my wedding pic to show you ladies.

What kind of scanners do you ladies use or what do you recommend purchasing?

We just recently purchased an HP 3500c scanner from Circuit City for $100.00. We didn't want to spend too much. It works great. I believe it's a 1200x1200dpi scanner, 48 bit. You can spend a lot more, but it's not really necessary. Good luck!

I just got the Canon CanoScan D1250U2F USB Flatbed Scanner for $127 on Amazon.com (with free shipping and no tax

) I just got it on Tuesday and I scanned my e-party pics and I think they came out really good. It even has an option where you can scan in film. My Fh and I tried it. The pic comes out good just a little grainy.

just picked up an all-in-one: printer, scanner (flatbed), copier. The quality is amazing and if you don't already have a printer, its a great option.

Its an HP PSC 2110 - and we got it at Costco for $229.

When I get home tonight I will tell you what we ended up with. My hubby got it at the computer show that is at the Aqueduct Race Track. It is a Epson 1640/1650 which retails for $300, he got it for $80, it is a one button scanner, I love it, and it scans beautifully, that is why I used to scan the pix that I shared so far. I just received a Lexmark X75 for my Birthday - works GREAT!! It is a copier, fax, printer and sacnner in one, small and compact. I think it is approx. $150.00.
