I am letting each bridesmaid pick their own flowers...
I just sent my girls an email asking them what their favorite flower is.. I want to give each girl their favorite in their bo-k. have you ever seen this before??

You are very nice.
I would make sure the colors coordinate though. Like, one girl might like roses and another lilies and another peonies, but they should all be pink or it'll look like a mish-mosh.
Oh! the whole bouquet won't be that flower, you'll have matching bouquets for everyone and just stick a special flower in each one? It's a little unclear.

I wanted to do that, but florists advised that it would look not uniform in pics and I wouldn't like it....and then I totally went a different way (all 1 flower in diff shades) so I forgot about the other idea! haha....

the flowers will be their choice the colors will be mine. they will all coordinate.

no i haven't but that sounds so nice. let us know what you hear back from them. it would be interesting if a 'common' flower turns up!

I have heard of this and seen it in pics (bridal mags and on other wedding site). I love it. Especially if they all have the same exact dress- this gives each a little personality. Great idea!!
