If you have a local flea market, look there. I go to the one in MeadowLands Arena in NJ where I live and its fantastic for things like that at great prices-I got my beach tote last year for 10 bucks.
i got my personalized totes from zazzitup.com good prices too.

I really like our OOT bags from cheap totes....
Simple, and surpisingly good quality.... oh yeah, and under $3
I do agree with the above comment that target has some really cute totes.... I guess if you decide to go there, you should order them online, so you can get the entire quantity you need....
I actually found red photo totes for my girls at Bedbathandbeyond.com. They were on clearance for 3.99. I got them to match the color of their dresses. I don't know if they still have...I ordered them months ago...Worth a try!

I second LL BEan. I had them monogramed with their initials...my BM's are definitly using them and are very durable too. (I ended up getting myself one too.)
