FH has been talking about a Movada watch he wants. He has been talking about it for a year already and I was thinking if I could find it somewhere not too expensive I would get it for him for xmas and our anniversary. He is sooo good to me so I want to treat him wonderful as well.
Since I just paid off my $2400 class (yup that is only for one class fuccking hofstra $790 a credit) for my Jan session and am trying to save for a wedding lol I don't have sooo much money to spend on anyone right now haha
but i just looked on ebay and the one he wants i only found for $1550 and it is almost the same price at Zales. Anyone know where to look for a Movada watch or know where to get good deals on jewelry?????? TIA!!!!!!

I second BJs!! My mom got my dad's there a few years ago, comes with al the paperwork and the prices are great!!

I say take the suggestions of stores you can actually go to. It would make me nervous to buy something that expensive on e bay. I know so many people who got fake items after they paid alot. Just be careful. Do you know anyone taking a trip to the islands before your wedding? i was going to get FH a Tag and my parents are going away and can get it duty free....just a thought!

i would just check that you are getting a real movado watch - i dont know how movado works - but usually they have authorized dealers for things like this so you know that you are getting the real thing....you dont want to spend a few hundred or thousand dollars and then find out its a fake! that would be horrible! good luck in your watch hunting!

that is why i am a little skeptical on getting it off ebay....plus i am so nervous to use it after fh sold his laptop to nigerians and got nothing for it..
oh beware anything that says they will pay you with a western union check and it out of the country prob nigeria its a fraud! lol

i found a movado watch at Macys for a decent price and i have 20% off coupons at home. but it is slightly different then the one he wants...not by much...
damnit why do men have to be so difficult? i wonder if i could pull off getting him that one and he wouldn't realize haha

Try Amazon.com. I wouldnt trust any designer brand on ebay. I got mine at Macys. Around this time of year, Im sure dept stores have them on sale
