I am off to grand jury duty!

Let's hope I dont get picked or 4 weeks of my life will be spent in court!

Just do what George Carlin does... and when the judge asks you about being a juror... just say...

.. 'Your honor... I know I would make a perfect juror because I can spot guilty people... just like that'.

Good luck - I was just dismissed last week from Federal jury duty in downtown Brooklyn. I felt like I was actually in a crime drama or something...it is nothing like the civil court experience or so i hear

Not that many people like jury duty... but if it was you on trial wouldn't you want a good jurors? You're doing a very important job

I got out of jury duty last year because I was still a student, so I am waiting for my papers again...I know I will get picked again soon

ETS: Often time people like nurses, doctors, police officers, ect, are excused from the jury, because the lawyers dont want us on a case..I have no problem with that!
