Since you're just starting out, my biggest advice is to really read the material thoroughly and get into the habit of tracking - that's a huge part of people's success on WW!
Another piece of advice is to be open to new foods. Some things that I would have never eaten are now a regular part of my diet. Some new stuff you might not like, but you never know until you try!
