I am officially the worst procrastinator

For real...my list doesn't get any shorter, I just keep doing things for the wedding that aren't on the list. It's so bad that I sent FH inside to watch World Series of Poker on Tivo so that I could 'get things done' and I'm sitting here eating cherries and looking at wedding stuff online. I am banning myself from this site until I print my freakin' menus, this shouldn't be so difficult. When did I become so impossible? I'm always the crazy Virgo that has OCD and does everything early and efficiently and twice with that...

The cherries were part of my 2 point dinner thanks to my indulgence while at the Yankee game earlier!

The menus are done. FH helped...well, FH 'helped' and I'm so glad it's over with (so long as I don't have to print more if I have more guests than I'm currently expecting) Still, printing another 10 or 20 isn't 80!

I'm sitting here working down my never ending list. The most outstanding offender on here is my memory candle project, established back in April. To be done this week (I say this every week) but I mean it this time! I have sooo much happening in a short time and hey planning a wedding in six months isn't supposed to give me all of this time off. This week I have a lot of busy work and appointments and stuff to do and then next week I have make up trials, engagement pictures and boudoir pictures which bring me to the next weekend when I have my shower two days before I leave for a 5 night/6 day cruise and when I come back OMG it's August and a week before the B-parties! Ahhhh never ending!

Don’t feel too bad, my wedding’s in two and a half weeks and I still haven’t printed my menus… or programs… or favor tags!!

Me either...but I will add place cards & unity/memory candles to my list too...3 1/2 weeks to go.

You guys are so funny! You'll get everything done! You all have plenty of time!!!!!!!! Even I feel like I have all the time in the world and my countdown says 11 days.

Plus you don't want things to get dusty... no reason to worry about it until at least within a month of the wedding.

All of my stuff is saran wrapped or tin foiled and in a closet at my grandparents house or in the other upstairs bedroom in a box (or on the floor)

I wanted to be done with the bulk of this stuff before FH finished school so that I could enjoy this summer with him. Next summer we'll both be working and taking classes and i feel like I screwed it up but I just couldn't be done with all of it realistically.

But pending a larger than expected rush of 'yes' RSVPS, the menus are done. FH is out private teaching today and has interviews tomorrow & Thursday afternoon which gives me more quality time to work. He tries to help but he needs a lot of attention and he asks a lot of questions and tends to get in the way. I'm just more productive when I'm alone.

i haven't even put a list together!!! i think i'm afraid to put it on paper....then i'll really know 1. how close we're getting....and 2. how far behind i am!! ugh!

More like every time I cross one off I think of ten! As silly as it sounds I feel better having printed those darn menus.
