I am on telephone StandBy for Jury Duty...

I called last night and I didn't have to go in today. I def will be going in one day this week...this ****s.

my friend told them she was breast feeding and she got an exemption...tricky one seeing as she has no kids!

I hate jury duty! I got called in, was called upstairs for a murder trial, and asked the judge to excuse me because I was a full time student and could not miss school. He yelled at me!!!

My poor brother had to serve jury duty for like a month and his job didn't pay him for it.He told the judge that he has a wife and 2 kids and he's the only one working & his job doesn't pay him for jury duty.The judge said 'Too bad!'
I think they are getting really strict.

I could never be able to be in a jury, I emotionally will not be able to do it.

I have to call in on Friday,
This is my postponement,
I got the first notice to start calling the day before my wedding, there was NO way that was going to happen,

I actually want to be called and serve on a trial,
change from my everyday routine and work, could be interesting,
just is going to stink getting there, no parking may have to take public transportation, YUCK!
going to ask husband if there is someone I can drive to and then take public transport, so I can at least drive half way
