I was supposed to get AF this past week..it didn't come and took 3 pg tests - all neg. I have had no cramps, been exhausted and cranky. Today i had mild pink spotting (so sorry if TMI eek). I have no idea what to think. I went off the pill in Aug so maybe my AF is just messed up but it has been coming every 28, 29 days since Aug. My last AF was 10/6. Help!
11/8 - AF came this morning! At least no more wondering...

Your body is probably just still adjusting to coming off the pill. Periodically, your cycle can change. If you are really concerned, the best thing to do of course is pay a visit to the doc. But it's probably just a change in cycle.

My cycles range from 28-36 days since being off the pill (in March!). My last AF was 10/6 also and while I felt it was coming 1-2 weeks ago, that feeling has disappeared now....Hmmm.....
