Seriously. I cannot for the life of me - register for towels.
We picked out bath accessories but can't pick out towels.
Please help.
We have 2.5 baths. How many and what kind of towels should we register for?
How many bath sheets?
How many bath towels?
How many hand towels?
How many washcloths (neither one of us use these)?
What should I register for the 1/2 bath? Just hand towels right, how many?

We registered for 2 bath sheets, 2 regular towels, 2 wash cloths (even though we dont really use them) and 2 hand towels in two different colors.
I have two bathrooms in my house. One is a small bathroom that we dont really use so I just registered for hand towels.

I registered for
3 bath sheets (odd number i know but we ordered 1 in each color, black, grey and white)
2 hand towels in 3 colors (so 6)
3 Regular bath towels in 3 colors (so 9)
2 washcloths in 3 colors (6)
Hope this helps....I really had no rhyme or reason to the amount I registered for, I just picked a number I thought worked.

I didn't do bath sheets because I am in an apt and I didn't want to have to pay to wash those suckers.
I registered for 4 towels (there are 2 of us), 4 handtowels and 2 washclothes (we don't really use them).
Also depends on what stock you currently have - like i have some towels that need to be replaced but I have at least 4 good ones already, so with my registry that would be 8.
I would have at least 2 full size towels per shower that you have. Only handtowels are needed for your 1/2 bath. Also depends on how often you have guests? If you have people stay over a lot, make sure you get enough to accomodate 2 per guest.

ok, maybe im dummbb but what is a 'bath sheet'? a bath mat? to keep the floor dry when you get out of the shower?

It's what they call the bigger towels... Like body towels...

I registered for 6 of everything (bath sheet, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths) plus 2 mats for one set. Then I registered for another set, just 4 of each of only bath towels and hand towels, 2 washcloths and one bath mat. I figure that will be for a hall bathroom or something.

Ok how about this dumb question....I want to register at BBB and crate and Barrel--so how do I know what I want to register for at each one? Should I go to both and look at everything and then decide and then go again and register after I know what I like from each?

bath sheet is a nice size to wrap your body in...bath towel would wrap up your hair ( if that makes sense) i was planning on registering for at least 10 of each item in assorted colors
