I hear ya, But I got married on the COLDEST day of the year and there were plenty of complaints. People are NEVER happy so just please yourself and dont worry!

It has nothing to do with the WEATHER. I swear people just like to complain. I have more and more people tell me that my reception ends too late. Now my reply is....well let me know if you plan to leave early so I dont pay for a plate for you.
Dont let it bother you. You picked July and it is your day. If they dont like it, too bad on them.

We were there yesterday to drop things off....it is just so gorgeous....I am very happy that we are getting married there!

i have my sister complaining it is going to be the longest day of her life, b/c she has a 3 1/2 yr old and a 6 month old. so many people will be there to help, it just bothers me that she has said this several times

don't worry about it! you can't make everybody happy! i got married at the end of june last year, and i got comments, too.... one of my BMs ( who got married in AUGUST, BTW) said ' well, it was SO HOT taking outside pictures for YOUR wedding, so we're not gonna do it for ours!' whatever! people will get over it! you go from the air conditioned church to the A/Cd limo to the A/Cd reception hall... not a big deal at all! just enjoy your day!

Don't worry about it. People will complain about anything and everything. I have heard complaints about the dumbest things so you just have to stop caring and have a great time. Enjoy yourself (and your FH too!)

dont worry you cannot please everyone. they kept saying to me how cold it would be i really didnt care.
your day will be beautiful no matter how hot it gets. its not like your ceremony is outside or something.

When I asked my girls to be in the BP (which was before we knew our date) one girls was like don;t get married in the summer. It will be too hot. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Tell them to get over themselves. You will have a beautiful day and that's all that matters!!! Congrats!
