I haven't been able to exercise lately, so.... I have been closing my door throughout the day to do jumping jacks and leg lifts! I am SICK!

I just hope that someone doesn't knock when I am in the middle of jumping! I am really trying to stick with WW but the stress of leaving has me anxious and HUNGRY!

eat spinach! ZERO points...most green veggies
when I was on WW, I would come from the gym STARVED, so I would steam spinach with garlic, salt and pepper and eat that while i prepared the real meal!
