FH and I are buying a house together!!!! I can't believe it is finally happening. We have seen about 30 houses over the summer. We made a bid on one house but lost it to another bidder. Our agent called us on Wednesday and told us it came back on the market! We made a new offer and they accepted!!!! We already got approved for the mortgage...next step is getting a contract and signing it asap!!!
