I am SO flipping furious

I ordered my invites early October and it has taken FOREVER for this woman to get them back to me. I approved the font and it took her a week to respond. Then I approved the rest of the proofs and it took her a week to respond and tell me that they are in production. Now mind you my reply by date is Dec 9th and I have yet to receive the invites. I am SO FURIOUS!! UGHHH!!

I just had to vent.

IS SHE CRAZY??!!! Be a squeaky wheel so she gets you your invites just to get you off her back. Honestly. Some people!!!

Everything will be okay. But I'm mad right along WITH you!

She said she shipped them last week and would forward the tracking number to me - umm - I DIDNT GET IT YET!

it is a website for a store located in canada - www.laurapaladino.com - the quality of her products are great - she just is so darn fricken slow - and now i am screwed - everyone is going to think i B listed them

Since she was taking so long is it possible to request new response cards with a later date?

Honestly, I think I would demand something in return for this lack of professionalism. If she hasn't sent them out yet, I would ask for new response cards, with a later date (I understand that you have to give your numbers to the hall and so forth, but by the time you get the invites, and address them, it'll practically be December)
If that isn't an option, perhaps she could throw in some at home cards, or monogrammed thank you cards or something.
But, to give her the benefit of the doubt, she could have shipped them last week, I once ordered something from Canada and it took forever....but that doesn't make up for her slooooow printing.
