FI got the approval for the car loan. He is buying his aunts 4 Runner. He applied for the loan last week and they called him today and he got the loan.

YEA!!! I am so excited. We'll probably pick up the 4 Runner on Monday.

I told FI this is wonderful news because he has a loan and if he pays it back right away and stays in good standing it will look great for us for next year when we want to go for the morgage

Chippa...the loan will be great for credit...unfortunately DH couldn't get a car loan (no credit at all...not even a credit card) so both cars are in my name...

we're working up small...phone bill...cable bill...what a PITA!!
