they are iron on velvet from Joanns they were on clearance for 95 cents for a pack! each shirt is a pack. the t shirts were on sale for 2 for 7!
you just cut them out and iron them on how you want, then you have to turn it inside out and iron it again. then peal and ta dah! i did a just married one too!
