I AM SO MAD

I was driving on the parkway to school before and out of nowhere a friggin rock hit my winshield and put a crack in it. Guess there really was nothing I could do, but I am still pissed!!

I know how you feel...my car is a magnate for rocks!!!

FI says it's because I'm too close to trucks on the LIE....but that's not true...they just come out of nowhere sometimes!

In one year, I had 3 rocks crack my windshield!

FI had his windshield replaced this summer and they were great. They will actually come and do it while you are at work and never even need to bother you! I thought it was so great! And the guy was done in like 20 minutes! (we happened to be off the day FI scheduled it!)

Urgh, that is frustrating. This happened to me the very first week I ever had a brand new car.

My auto insurance fixed it, no deductible, and the window place came to me and replaced it onsite...

I know exactly how you feel .. same thing happened to both my husband and me .. on my windshield .. it started out like two small dings .. but one misty night, when I had the defrost on for the windshield .. the glass 'popped' and one of the little dings turned into a crack 3/4's of the way across the glass!! Fortuntely for me .. I had windshield coverage with my insurance .. so it was replaced at no cost to me.

The one thing hubby and I have both noticed with our cars since the windshields have been replaced, though .. is that they tend to fog up so easily .. never was a problem before for either of us .. until our windshields were replaced .. now it's annoying.
