I am so miserable....and I don't know what to do...

I just need to vent and i usually never do but life has been kind of really sad and miserable for me lately. Me and DH were engaged for about a year and it was the best year of my life and nothing went wrong. Over the past 6 months my father was in a serious car accident (who has recovered now), my DH cat who was 18 and was DH childhood cat died, I ended a friendship that I thought would be a lifetime friendship because of that persons actions and now my grandmother died this weekend suddenly. I am so heartbroken because it was so sudden and i just don't know what is going on and I am so sad. I wish i could get out of this depression but i cry a lot now and i don't know if its just all these things happening or if i am totally depressed and need to talk to someone.

Has anyone gone through this? I dread going to bed because i can't sleep......i don't know what to do anymore. DH has been great and I am so lucky to have him but I can't figure out how to get out of how depressed i have been. I am hoping that it gets better but I can't stand feeling this bad...i just don't know what to do.

I'm so so sorry. I've had times like that when I've felt like everythign was falling apart. I think the best thing to do is to seek comfort in your family and frineds and to keep hoping and praying and possibly t get into some counseling to sort it all out.

it will get better!

Life can be full of unexpected twist and turns.
Just remember everybody has them. Some more so then others.

If you feel you are getting worse, please see a dr for a complete checkup. Talk to your dr about how you feel. THen look for a social worker or psychologist to talk to you. THey can really help you put a grasp on what is going on in your life!!

You will be fine!!!

I'm so sorry for all that you are going through. It really sounds like it would be helpful for you to go see your doctor and describe your symptoms. Even possibly more helpful may be to go talk to a counselor or psychologist to help you cope with all of these losses and difficulties. Even with a really supportive DH some outside help may make a world of difference. Please take care of yourself!!!!

first of all, lots of

muchinluvmichi posted something similar the other day..

I know it seems like god has given more than you can handle right now... but just think, for everything you are going through right now, someone is going through something a lot worse (like that poor wedding accident family)
Be thankful you have your health, your dad is ok and alive, you have your DH to lean on for support and you have a family to lean on and mourn your grandma...

During my depressed days I didnt want to get out of bed... I always thought why me, why does this have to happen to me... But you eventually get sick of feeling so sad and miserable inside..there will come that point. It took me a while but I finally did
Go talk to someone... It is not a bad thing. It helps to release your feelings to someone who is not apart of your personal life.

Go SHOPPING!!-

Anyway, lots of hugs
