I am so sad tonight...

The Steelers lost tonight...I am feeling so down right now. I was crying tonight and I wasn't just teary eyed, I mean i was hysterical!!!!!!!! and unconsolable for a bit. I took the loss harder than DH did.

I am angry too. They played just like they did last week. Only this time I don't blame Ben Roethlisberger completely, where the heck was defense tonight?

we had a chance to make a comeback and we blew it. I wanted this win so bad for DH...he was so excited. We were going to have a superbowl party. I am so angry right now...I don't like both teams that are in the superbowl but I am rooting for the Eagles anyways. I hate the patriots more and for the next two weeks I am going to pray very hard that the patriots loose...I'll do a dance for it if I have to. Stupid team...i hate them!!! i hate them!

I have to let off steam...

Thanks for rubbing that in my face after I said that I was hysterical crying. I cried my heart out. I said what I did out of anger...but now I just got more of an incentive to root even harder against the patriots.

Time for a new team to win...

Sorry fi you were hysterically crying, the Steelers had a GREAT season, I will give it to them..and I honeslty thought they would win tonight....but the Pats did...and I cannot help but root for the team that I have grown to love!

I don't mean to hate the Patriots. I'm just mad right now cuz the Steelers lost. I knew they were not winning. Patriots are a tough team to beat. But we did beat them earlier in the season. It was a good game but bad ending for pittsburgh.

I was rooting for the Steelers as well. I am not a big Pats fan. However, I am a true Jets fan, so instead I will root for Philadelphia and that will be okay. They played well and they deserved to go to the Super Bowel!

I am a Jets fan Myself and I was rooting for the patriots last night its going to be a great game between the patriots/eagles. Dont cry over a football game its just a game and i know you like the steelers but its nothing to cry over i am sorry you are sad they lost but i am happy the Patriots won!!

I know... I'm so upset.
I can't stand the Eagles or the Patriots, but I think I hate the Eagles more. But they are the underdog and I like underdogs. Either way, I really don't give a crap about this years superbowl. I'll just look forward to the commercials.

the game went off as predicted

brady put on a clinic, the steelers were outplayed, outcoached etc.

luck ran out in pittsburgh

i actually didn't watch much of it because it was getting too boring and predictable after awhile -- plus they had a nice tribute to johnny carson on CNN and a true hollywood story on wheel of fortune

as for the superbowl, i really don't care who wins, as long as i do :)

I don't care much for the superbowl either. I hate both teams but I'll be rooting for the underdog. It's boring to watch the same team win each year. If the eagles it will be nice for them cuz they haven't won in so long. That is what makes it more exciting. If the Pats win it's like 'yeah big deal they've won 3 in a row' unless you are a fan.

Big Ben played so bad. He choked again. I was yelling at him so many times. Then at one point I was like 'ah go join Chad Pennington and the rest of the Jets on the golf course'.. These playoffs and championships made BIg Ben look like the Rookie that he is. He was so bad that they had Tommy Maddox waiting in the wings. Maybe they should have put him in the game. Whatever, at that point we had nothing to loose. We were already loosing.

We'll get em' next year....Go Steelers!!!

I like the superbowl commercials too...

Hey I saw them mention something in the news about breaking news on Chad Pennington. They went to commercials and I never heard what the news was cuz then I had to step out and throw the garbage out. What did they say about him Don? Do you know?

he has a torn rotator cuff and will be having surgery next month
