I Am So Shocked Today!

I was talking to my sister, saying how FH's brother said he wants to do a weekend thing for his bachelor party. It's like, okay I think one night is enough to worry about, and at least if it's only one night, I'll be out and won't be thinking about it.

But then my sister was telling me it's hard because you don't know how the guys are going to be. Her husband went to a B-party a couple years ago for her cousin's fiance, and he (the groom) slept with the stripper. They had rented a hall. Not only that, but there was a line of guys waiting to get a BJ from the one stripper.

Then I was really surprised when she told me one of our brother's friends who got married a couple years ago slept with the stripper at his B-party too. I would have never thought he would do that! Never in a million years. It's because they drink so freaking much and have their friends making them drink so much that don't even think about it. Also at that same party, another friend got a BJ from the stripper, or shall we say, hooker.

Oookay, I'm really trying not to worry about this, but if some of these good guys can do this, then I don't know, I'm just so surprised that these parties are like this.

Don't worry ......have A talk with your FH about your fears plus it is n't happening right now so don't stress I went throught the same fears but in the end I trust my FH.

I dont think sleeping with the stripper is the norm. Most guys I have talked about this with think that those girls are nasty and wouldnt want to catch diseases from them. I think if a guy is going to sleep with someone else, it wont matter if its a stripper or not. If he is faithful, even if he is drunk, he wont do it. You just have to have trust in him. If you seriously deep down in your heart think that he will cheat on you, than thats another issue, but I think you know that he wouldnt do it. Dont worry too much about it, I dont think he would risk everything for one night with a stripper.

I know. I just know when you're the groom, the guys will egg him on when he's all drunk and everything. I just feel like it's safest for him to just go to a strip club because I feel like when they order one, all of a sudden the stripper becomes a hooker

You know your FH better than anyone. Does this seem like something he would do? There are certain men who are prone to cheating and there are the other's who are the complete opposite - 100% faithful. If it's something that you are truly concerned about, why not have a Jack and Jill party?

I dont think it really matters all that much if they are in a hotel or in a strip club. If the girl is willing to do things, she will do it regardless, and with the amount of money that a b-party brings in, the bouncers will turn a blind eye a lot of the time. Unless he goes to someplace like Scores, where he wont be getting anything without dropping like 10 grand, which he probably doesnt have to spend on that kind of thing anyway. I dont think it matters if he is drunk or not, if he is against doing it, he wont, no matter what his friends do. I mean think about it, if he was really drunk and his friends egged him on to sleep with a guy, he wouldnt do it because he has no desire to. Its the same with the stripper. If he has no desire to do that, he wont do it no matter how drunk he is. I would talk to him and let him what your concerns are. If you would feel better about it, maybe he will agree to just do one night in the strip club and not go away for the weekend or have a stripper come to them. I dont think he would cheat on you and throw away a great relationship.

Strip Clubs arent that great either. Don't worry. My FH and have a promise to one another no matter what happens with either one of our parties... We will tell each other. We tell each other everything even our silly slip ups back when we were 14. You just need to trust. My FH has gone to Strip clubs and gotten Lap dances I honestly don't care Whatever.... You didn't come home with them. He is one guy honestly wouldnt want to do anything with a stripper. GROSS

The thing that surprises me is that my brother's friend never seemed like the kind of guy to do that. I would never think he would be like that. He just seemed like a faithful guy. So I guess that just shook my beliefs, but I guess I need to realize everyone is different. The thing that pisses me off the most is in both these two cases, the girls are still married to them and have never found out about the truth.

Violet I feel the same way. Bachelor parties often seem to turn into 'good grooms gone wild'! Unfortunatley, I've been on the inside (don't ask), and I've seen what happens. It ain't always pretty! And no, alot of times the wives don't know. There is also a big difference between the type of stripper at a club, and the kind that you 'order in'.
And I agree about the drinking part also.

I myself have been sick about FH's bachelor party, and have not quite figured out how I'm going to deal with it. I've spoken to him about it, he says I'm being ridiculous, but refuses to change his plans

Trust is certainly the issue, and you have time to talk this out with FH. Maybe if he realizes how uncomfortable you are with it, you can do a guys and girls night out, or maybe skip the bachelor party altogether.

I know FH would never do anything like that and he probably won't even have a b-party since his friends are all over the U.S., but it's b-parties in the future that he might go to that worry me. I know. I just hope if they order one in, it isn't a hooker! Even if FI doesn't do anything, it's kind of gross if she is giving out BJs to other guys. Ugh. These strippers or hookers are not always the best looking, so hopefully he gets someone who is just like OK, and not like someone that their jaws will be dropping at the sight of. Like for my sister's bachelorette party, when she got a stripper at her apartment, he was greasy and gross.

I know, it isn't fair. Guys don't have to worry about girls with male strippers because what the heck do they really do that's so threatening? You don't see their schlong or anything. What the female strippers to the guys are far more worse. And I think that's the case with me, many of his friends are single and can be wild, so God knows what they're capable of.

Try not to worry about it. I would definately talk to him and let him know how much this is bothering you. You don't want to ruin his fun but you have to let him know...

I keep telling FH that a guy going to a strip club is DEFINATELY not the same thing as a girl going. I've only been to 2 male strip clubs and they were so tame. The guys grind on you a little and that's it. I want to see the full Monty . Equality, dammit!

Anniegrl, do you know what FH is doing for his? I would much rather he goes to a strip club because even though things can happen there, it feels safer to me than renting out a bar or hall where it's all private.

I don't know....the way I see it is if the fiances don't want to cheat, no matter how much they drink they're not going to cheat.

I don't mean to make that sound bad, it's just how I feel.

FH doesn't even want a stripper (so he says, I'm sure they'll get one anyway). But the 2 guys coordinating it will not get one that will give any extra activities. Both are married and I've been told by their wives if they get a hooker, they will be in HUGE trouble. I doubt they're willing to risk the wrath of their wives as well as my wrath!
