I am so sick and I hate my boss!!!

I called out yesterday cause I was throwing up and have some kind of stomach virus or something and when I came in today ...cause I am a good employee cause I am still very sick, my boss yells at me and tells me that I take to much tiem off and he knows I am getting married and I have things I need to do but I cna't keep doing this and blah blah blah!! and cause there was no one in my department all day...like that my fault. This is my second sick day I took all year. I am so pissed off. I was going to stay home cause I feel so sick to my stomach and this just made it worse. I hate working here!!

ETA: And He dosen't realize I am like the perfect employee he has. I am on time. I do the work of 4 people..but he never sees that. And I stay till 6pm every day....every day from 8-6!!! But he don't see that!!

I just want to go home and cry!

Some bosses just s*ck in plain english... I had a boss like that and he was sorry when I left! Feel better and don't let them get to you... Kill them with kindness.. It really works!

I would def say something to him. Tell him that you are very sick and you still dont feel well and it unfair that he treated you that way.

I've had a boss like that.. Sorry you have to deal with this crapp.. Hope you feel better.. Maybe go for a walk outside since its nice. Take in some fresh air.

I hope you corrected him on your time off though..because he's being delusional if this is only your 2nd sick day so far this year. I hate places where you do everything and come in and and work late..I did that for much of my 20's and it S*CKED.

sometimes bosses don't realize that there is life outside of work. if your boss is the owner of the company it's a little different. my boss can be the same way, but i can understand where he's coming from. what they don't understand is that our lives don't revolve around their company, but what we sometimes forget is that this company is their life and their means of support for their family. it's one of the downsides of working for smaller companies.

i didn't go to work yesterday b/c fh had surgery, i have yet to go to work today b/c fh can't get out of bed by himself yet. how am i supposed to go to work and leave him stuck in bed? i believe my boss understands, if he doesn't i'll cross that bridge when i come to it

I really hope you feel better soon - Please get your resme out to other places - I had a boss like that and I never took time off - not even my alotted vaca days - I finally took another 'transition' job and my life is so much happier
