I am so upset!! did anyone have problems with BMor MH about their dress?

Hello Ladies I need to VENT
I went today to pick my maid of honor and Mtron of honor dresses and they both whined
'NO I'M NOT WEARING THAT !! NO IT'S NOT SEXY ENOUGH NO I CANNOT WEAR IT AGAIN NO I DON'T LIKE THE COLOR NO THAT MAKES ME LOOK OLD '
I FELT LIKE TELLING TEM THAT I AM SICK OF HEARING THEIR WHINING> !!

and they knew I had a bad day I went to my docotor, and he needs for me to be tested for MS
he says I also have Neuropothy so I just want to cry >:'''(
sorry but I just feel so stressed with everything.

And I know how you feel about the dress thing. Heck I'm letting them pick there own dresses as long as they match the color swatch I'm giving them. But my MOH doesn't want blue (not just my blue any blue) she wants purple!!! And who's wedding is this?

if you dont want to give them a choice they dont have a choice lol I picked out a dress and had my girls go see it and try it on...luckily they liked it..if they didnt i would have let them pick whatever they wanted as long as the dress they picked has my color available. I figure they have to wear it so they have to be comfortable in it!

This is your wedding sweetie. I understand about wanting to make everyone happy - but that will most likely not happen. Have you tried asking them to pick out dresses and see if you like them? I gave my girls the option of picking - as long as I am happy with it too.

Start NOW with making firm decisions and sticking by them. As long as YOU think they look good in the dresses, then that's all that matters. Of course you want to take into consideration body type, but certain types of dresses, like A-line, will look good on everyone, so they can't really complain. You know the old saying, 'If you give them an inch..'? Well, same thing, if you give them a choice, whoah, watch out. If you want to appear to be more diplomatic, pick TWO dresses and tell them they must decide between them which one they are going to wear, but it has to be one of those two.
And if none of that works, tell them all to GO F THEMSELVES and go have a martini!
