I am sooo happy to report...
that Shortcake is doing wonderful!!! I guess all she needed was a jump start. I am having so much fun with her. I was going to go in the shower at 9:00 this morning, but I am still in my pj's playing with her. She is so full of energy and wants to play. She is eating, drinking and pooping in her litter box. She even learned to cover her poop up in the box. We had the kitty olympics last night. We put a gate up and kept her in the bathroom with her litter box last night. Well, for the first hour she kept climbing the gate and getting out. Finally we blocked one side of the gate with cardboard so she couldn't climb out. She is like a whole new kitty today!!
On the other hand, our other cat Mr. Peabody isn't feeling so well. He has been hiding under the bed since this morning and when we woke up he had thrown up all over the carpet in the living room and in the bedroom. We are watching him and just hoping it was an upset stomach! Never a dull moment over here!!
