I am sooo mad...
I have Delta Dental & I keep get claims from dental work that was done in Massachussetts from them. I never ever had dental work done in Massachussetts. And as most of you know dental plans have caps on them so when I recieved the first one I called(about 2 weeks ago) & the woman I spoke with was like no problem, it will be taken off the account. Well, I got 2 more this week!!! So I just called & got some horrible guy who's like are sure you didn't have this work done & I was like no, I live in NY why would I go to MA to a Dentist?!?! Then he said well you could have. So then I was like this happened before & the person I talked to said it would be taken care of & didn't he see that on my records? So, then he puts me on hold & when he finally comes back says that the last person was wrong & that claim is being investigated & so now these will also be investigated & he will take my phone # & let me know if these claims will be taken off or not. I am so mad! He was so accusing!!! Who would ever go to another state for dental work??? Ugh, I don't need this extra aggravation....between the wedding, work, & just every day stuff I feel like I am going to explode! And now some prick is making it out that I am lying about a stupid dental claim!!!! He's luck he's in MA!![]()
