mistakes happen, however what totally infuriated me about them was that they really didn't care and adopted the attitude 'well, we'll try but can't guarantee anything'...

you have some time, just think of a 'plan B' just in case...

YUP we got the same attitude!

I don't have a plan B...Can't think of one either?

DO people wear bibs?

DH had a *real* vest..the GM wore only vest fronts or 'bibs'. You cannot tell when the jacket is on.

Tha of course does not excuse it- They should have specified that to you ...and the other drama too....oy

YUP we got the same attitude!

I don't have a plan B...Can't think of one either?

they fixed one GM's wrong shoe size and DH's dirty vest, but the BM's outfit was MIA for 2 days. luckily we already bought the jacket and pants for everyone through DH's father and simply just needed the shirt, vest, tie and shoes. we figured worst case scenario we would buy the BM a shirt and vest from MW or Brooks Brothers, shoes he could wear his own (we told him to bring an extra pair). 'luckily' it was the BM's accessories that were screwy so he could be a little 'different' if need be. we didn't need to do this and had to come up with the backup plan on our own as MW was no help whatsoever...

I have gone to the one in Bay Terrace and found it to be a really good experience. Sure they do their sales thing and some things we agreed on and some we didn't but I didn't feel that they were overbearing. I hope things work out for everyone.
