I am soooooo P!sssssed !!!!!!!!!@ my parents !!

They didnt even call my daughter for her birthday yesterday !! I think my mom thought she didnt have to since she made cupcakes to bring to my daughters school on friday and gave her gift to her !! But still she should have called Am I wrong???

ETA: I am just really upset b/c i was close to my grandparents so to see my dad call once every six months and rarely on B-days it really bothers me I always wanted my kids to be close to there grandparents

Shes 8 and doesnt understand totally but when fh's family all calls and mine doesnt its a little upsetting to me

You should ask your mom why she didn't call. I'd be upset too and you have every right to be, that is her granddaughter!

Grandparents are very important in a kids life.
I feel so bad now for complaining about our overexcited parents. They may be around all the time but at least they are there for our daughter.

lol it must be annoying to have them around all the time but def. be grateful they are involved b/c my parents s*ck

I'd be upset too. Especially when your adult relationship with your parents is not what you'd imagined.. I'm dealing with that right now too..

My daughters bday was last Fri and Alexs mom and dad didnt call till 11pm...mind you shes not a good zzz and is up late but she was zzz at that time and i totally gave them an attitude! His brother her godfather didnt even call AT ALL oh wait come to think of it neither did his Sister!!! OK now im mad toooo!!!!
