I am trying not to get too nervous

hello, I ordered my dress in January and my wedding is November 17, 2001. They told me in January that my first fitting would be in Spetember. The dress is still not in. This week the women at the shop told me she called the manufacturer and they said it is in customs and it is slower because of everything that is going on. I totally understand that and the women at the shop told me not to worry we have plenty of time. I am not worried about the bridal shop because i know they are reputable, but what if something is wrong with the dress or it doesn't fit right. This among other things are giving me sleepless nights, so if anyone can tell me if they have had a similar experience or any advice on how not to worry about it. Sorry, just needed some other brides thoughts. Thanks in advance for the help!

Dont worry, my dress was ordered in February and was supposed to be in the beginning of July. It came in the middle of August. Since the wedding was 5 weeks away, it didnt matter because I was doing my fittings in September. You can wait until 2 weeks before your wedding to do the fitting but they recommend 1 month. Dont worry you still have plenty of time!
