First of all, I think a big mistake I made was not giving the photograper a list of 'must takes' I feel that she barley took any pictures and the ones she took were very posed, she also was sitting in the bac of the room for a lot of the wedding (on her cell phone) and left a hour early.... But anyway... I get a call last Wensday That my proofs were in, I go to get them and they aren't there. I called yesterday and they said they would call me back when they found them.... no call yet.... should I call again?

I'd be on the phone with them every day until they're in your hands. They told you they were ready last week, it's perfectly reasonable to expect them to be there when you went to pick them up!!

I would def call them! And they should be making amends for making you go over there and leaving with nothing.
Are you saying that the photographer left an hour before they were supposed to leave? I would be furious and demand retribution.

Call them...plus I would try and do something about the whole leaving early. She didn't get paid to leave an hour early....

I would hound them until I had my pictures, then review your contract to see if her leaving was acceptable.

Definetely call them!!!! I agree with the girls here.......call EVERY day.....how dare they make you waste your time and tell you pics are in and then to go there and they are not in ---- I would so p*ssed! Review your contract to see what time your photgrapher was supposed to stay until ... and definetely complain about her talking on her cell phone! I would try and get a pic maybe from someone who came to your wedding if they have any with her in the background talking on her cell!!!
I would definetely try and get something additional out of this from them....threaten to post a negative report to BBB if they are in breach of contract
