i binged last night

i binged last night

i was so angry at my dj and fh for becoming bffs when hes MY friend. (hate when he does that) loll so while i was waiting for them i ate 1/4 of an entemans mashmellow chocolate cake

and this morning i feel like such a failure

i hate this shyt

Ugh I do the same thing - so things like that are now banned from my apt - otherwise I eat them!!

i dont think ive ever ate it. but i had grilled cheese last night AFTER a whole bag of popcorn.

LOL somehow think i was still close to my allowed calories for the day.

i had 6inch veggie subway thing ALL DAY yesterday

then dj came. i made cinnamin buns.. i had 2 of those, that entemanns cake

then when he left aroudn midnight i got so hnugry i made steak.. but i only had a small piece

so MAYBE i didnt go over my points?

whatever i still hate myself for it lol

i def noticed a diff in my belly this morning
