I booked Chateau La Mer tonight

Has anyone been to any weddings at CLM? I put a deposit down tonight bc I thought the room and outside was so pretty but I really havent heard much feedback so now I'm crossing my fingers. I need reassurance please!

check out the reviews - just do a search many if not all CLM brides are happy brides. I have also gone to one wedding and three corp/work events there and was so happy we booked our wedding there.

I've never been to a wedding there, but I booked it as well. The food at the tasting was really great and all the people who work there are so nice. And the room is soooo pretty, I just couldn't walk away from it. Congrats, and welcome!

CLM was the GREATEST!! Read my review if you like. I LOVE it there...everything was soooo wonderful. You have NOTHING to worry aobut. I tell everyone to have their wedidng there. Seriously, they made my so wonderful. I can't say enough awesome things about the place, staff food etc.

there are a LOT of girls that went with CLM -- all of the reviews have been very positive

I don't think we have anything to worry about.

This was my second choice and first if i wasnt going to compromise for an afternoon wedding.

I have heard great things, and i loved the people.

My sister had her wedding reception there in 2005 and we absolutely loved CLM! The food and service are amazing- we felt like family the entire day.

You made a great choice!

i had my junior prom there and ive been to one wedding there and i thought it was pretty, both times were in the room with all the windows, made for a nice view

I don't by any means want to rain on anyone's parade but.... I was there for a wedding 2 weeks ago- I was in the BP.... It's a nice place but not all what its cracked up to be.....I thought the main room was a lil small....the bride had aprox 150 to 160 there and the dance floor was a lil crowded like you couldn't move....... The food was good but nothing to rave over......Nick was awesome but the rest of the staff were annoying....they were hovering over the tables waiting to take plates etc. The deco was very nice though....oh yeah and I think we got food poisoning....there were several of us that attend that got very sick throwing up and other bathroom issues I even had a fever and missed 2 days of work..........

But like I said I don't want to discourage anyone....this was just my experience and opinions on CLM....... ..maybe it would be better not in the dead heat of summer??? I dunno.

wow thats horrible...i went to 4 food tasting and never got sick... i have to say this is the first negative thing i have seen on clm...than again every place has off days...
