You booked her without a trial first?
I had a trial scheduled with her and she cancelled on me. Then we rescheduled and I had to cancel on her. I'm sure she does wonderful work, but I wouldn't book a vendor, especially one who will play such an important role on your wedding day (how you'll look) without seeing her work first.
