I booked my Photographer!!!

I met with Gary from Leli Photography and booked with him. We fell in love with his style. He showed us his work and all I can say is WOW. You can see his wesite at http://www.leli . He's a vendor on LIW. We just clicked with him right away. He made us feel so comfortable and relaxed during our meeting. I say this because sometimes when I meet with vendors I can't wait to get out of their office. I feel uncomfortable, with Gary we just all sat around talking about everything. I also thought it was cool that he remembered the brides that he did by name. I printed out some pics from LIW that I liked from him and he remembered each one by name. You feel like a real person and not just another number. I love the fact that he shoots both traditional and photojournalistic We are doing an engagement shoot this month or next month...I can't wait.

I was also happy to see that Jose was really enjoying our meeting. He was smiling and asking questions...I've never seen him so involved with anything wedding related. Normally he looks like he's nodding off.

YAY!!! Another Leli bride!!!!!

We met with Gary on Tuesday and sent out our signed contract today! He was sooo wonderful!!

I wish I could say the same for my FH - but he was so burnt by the time we met Gary - I did all the talking. By that point - we had met with 6 vendors though, so I understand!

Congrats to you too DavenJess!!! He was such a nice guy. I loved his work!! Did he show you the album from the wedding at Raphael's vineyard??? How awesome were they?? I especially liked the one that they used as a last page with the veil backlit and the were hugging/kissing in the grapefield I loved to that he really likes to get a feel of what you want. He doesn't just say here this is what I do, take it or leave it.

Yeah, we are doing E-pics too! I loved the ones on his website!!! I definately want to do the racier topless ones He recommended a private beach near his house. That's where those were taken. I think we are going to do them there. Then you can do beach shots, there's a sea grass area and an area that is more wooded and green. It'll add variety to the background of our pics. Also it's great because he said during the week it's very secluded, so we can have the place basically to ourselves. No worrying about other people in the shots. We are going to go there later in the day so that we can also get some nice sunset pics with the sunsetting over the water. I can't wait!!! I'll post them as soon as possible. My big question is what to wear!!!

Congrats Maureen! I used Gary for my wedding in June (you can see a few proofs in my album) and LOVED him!!!! I should be getting the rest of my proofs this coming week, so I'll be sure to post them when I do.

He was just amazing to work with the day-of --- we hardly noticed him taking pictures and for posed pics he made us feel so comfortable. He's so talented -- you wont be disappointed!

Thanks! We were very happy.

Still haven't done our albums yet. We are a bit behind because we moved out of state, started new jobs, etc. since the wedding so there hasn't been time! We also have so many proofs to choose from we can't narrow them down.

Both of your pictures are fantastic AeroJenn & Katie&Chris2006!...I'm so glad you both had great experiences with them I wonder how many other Leli Brides we have on here ???
