I have a sickness!! I have one borrowed one, one I bought at Tri County, and the one I bought today at Macy's in NYC...Sorry, no pics - I have to go back and take a picture of it. I ordered a new one.

Another crazy Bourne bride. I'm on a mission looking for another one also. I need to get that 'feeling' that it's perfect. I don't really have that feeling with the one I bought already. Like I have all this money to be throwing around..

Are the headpieces expensive at Macys? What floor is it on?

i got my veil no headpiece at the bridal place with my dress, everyone i talk with is going crazy to find one, I got mine their because it matched so well, was that crzy to do that.

Backinneyork: Does the Macy's in NYC have a big selection of headpieces? I was at the one out east and they have two display cases of them....curious if it's worth it to check out the one in NYC if they have more than that...? Thanks! :)

The bridal salon is on the 8th floor. They had a decent selection of headpieces, but not huge. About 2 tall cases (in the back) and 2 small ones when you walk in. Sometimes that's good because it can be very overwhelming when you go to a place that has alot!!
Not sure if it would be worth a trip to NYC just for them. I would say the average price is $200 and up.
I did browse the dresses and they had a very big selection. I also browsed the BM dresses, but thought the Macy's in Manhasset had a bigger selection. Maybe its just the way it;s laid out....

I know...well actually I have 3!! One is a borrowed one from one of my BM's that got married last year. I hope to wear her veil, but was never crazy about the headpiece. The second one I bought at Tri County which I really liked at the time, but then decided I wanted something less crown-ish...Trying to sell that one now!! And now the one from Macy's, which definitley has to be THE ONE because of the cost! I am not going to look anymore...
