i broke my toe

I am so angry at myself. It wsa so stupid, I walked into an ottoman. The doctor siad it should take 6 weeks to heal, and it shouldn't hurt so much after about a week. She told me not to worry that i would be able to get into my wedding shoes.

Ow!! I bump into stuff all the time. FH has joked that when I get pregnant we are going to have to wrap me in bubble wrap and put me in a padded room!!

At least you will be healed for the wedding. I'm sure after 'ouch' that was the first thing to enter your mind!!

I hope you feel better soon! The same thing happened to me about 5 months before my wedding. I ended up buying closed toe shoes for the wedding so no one would see my ugly toes.

You should be fine for the wedding. Toes usually take like 3 weeks to heal. Feel better!!!

thanks ladies...my fi bought me these great addidas sneakers last night that don't hurt my toe at all. it feels a little better today.

which toe did you break? i broke my baby toe and in 3 weeks i was able to put on a regular shoe.

I hope you feel better!! My mother just broke her toe too. Her shoelace got caught on a machine at the gym and she tripped and fell.

If you could get sneakers on, you're doing better than me. When I broke it, I was barely able to get a summer shoe on.

If you could get sneakers on, you're doing better than me. When I broke it, I was barely able to get a summer shoe on.

the doctor told me i had to wear a shoe to protect the toe. they are super light weight fabric so it stretches...it is almost like wearing a sock with a sole.

I remember that shoe. I couldn't wait to get rid of it.lol
