Run it under cold water. Do you have any burn ointment? It helps take the sting out.
ETS: If you don't, send FH out to CVS or something to get you some!

I don't have any remedies, just wanted to tell you that I hope you feel better. I burned my two fingers on the Stainless Steel pot the other day....thank God I didn't blister up!
