I called about the marriage liscense today...
in Pennsylvania, they only need a photo id, and your SS #....no birth certificate...does that seem odd? Or is that the norm?

if you google pa marriage license they may have a website- I know NY does and it explains everything

Each place is different. All we needed was our driver's licenses to get ours.
