i can finally tell you all... (now with pics - scroll to page 2)

what i've been hiding and asking for prayers about!

FH and I bought a house!

It's a three bedroom in South Huntington - we signed the contract last night!!!!

We'll probably close in August and then move in right after the wedding!!!

Thank you ladies for all your prayers - now fingers crossed that the seller signs and everything goes smoothly to closing!

it is quite the process! we've been looking for a long time, but we weren't sure we could afford it. we met with a mortgage broker who told us what we could really afford to do each month, and then got preapproved. We signed the contract last night, now we're just hoping our mortgage goes through! fingers crossed!
