My neighbor is doing something w/ horse poo and it smells so bad I almost passed out when I let my doggy out! The smell is actually coming into the house! This is so cruel....

Ugh! The thought of the smell brings back memories of working at a horse farm when I was a teenager.

I believe so. YUCK! I have never smelled it so strong! My house smells like a stable right now. I sware my dog had this disgusted look on his face when he came back to the door. He went out, went to my neighbor's fence, barked twice, ran back w/ a dirty look on his face.

Sorry .. but any kinda poop can smell pretty nasty .. whether it be from a horse or from a cute little puppy .. or whatever.
