I can only be polite so many times until.....

I totally go nuts on these SAME vendors that keep calling me after I have told them that I booked elsewhere! Anyone else having this problem??

Yes if I had a dime for every time a certain DJ company (that is an official vendor with my hall and whose initials are B.R.) called me I could pay for my wedding...

Heck, I might be able to pay for a few bride's weddings.

This is why I only giive out my cell number and keep it off most of the time.

I didn't give my phone # out too much...

I don't either, but the hall gave out our contact info to their recommended vendors. I get a lot of crap mail that way too.

Us too! The same photo studio has called me 4 times. Each time I tell them we already booked!!!!

In the beginning, I would get phone calls daily from different vendors. I just made it clear that I do not need their services.

They haven't bothered me since...

I've purposely NOT booked vendors who called too much!!!!

One photographer really irritated me. FH and I went to see them and they keep calling to ask if we want to come in and see their work, like they have no record that we already went. YUCK!!!!!

After we got engaged Tommy's Tunes, the recommended DJ for East Wind called us almost daily. My FI told them we weren't booking anything until after our e-party. Sure enough three days after the party we started getting calls again.

When I first started planning I got at least one phone call a day. They have stopped. I haven't gotten a call in over two months. The E-mails though are a different story.
