I cannot believe what I did! So pissed at myself!!!

I just had a friend come over to help me cut the velum for my invitations. Of course, I had already printed the invites on the velum and she painstakingly cut them to size for me and I just finished putting 2/3 of them together when I realized that the time is written as '12 o'clcok in the afternoon' - I inverted the c and the o in 'o'clock' and because of the font I used, didn't even realize it until I was almost done with them.

Now I have to go out and spend more money on the velum and bother my friend again who has put up with so much of my wedding B.S. and I can't even invite her!

I'm so pissed at myself for not noticing this sooner. GRRRRRRRRRRR!!!

this is what i am worried about as well...

i bought all the paper for my invitations and am in the process of finishing the final touches before i print. i told my parents and FH they are going to have to proof read til they are cross-eyed because i don't want to have to redo anything!

good thing you caught it before they went in the mail... why can't you invite your friend?

I'm SO glad that I didn't mail them out, because someone would have inevitably caught it, most likely my mother, who would make my life even more miserable about it.

I can't invite my friend because we're only having immediate family and bridal party and she was not a member of my BP. I'm going to get her something after my wedding for putting up with me and helping me out, but man is she gonna be pissed tomorrow at work when I tell her!

Look at the bright side, at least you are having a small wedding and not a gigantic one that needs hundreds of invites (Um, don't know if that helped at all, but I tried )

Well, hell, if I was able to still afford the bigger wedding, as sure as sh*t wouldn't be making my own invitations!
