Last night was our RD at the Mill River Club in Upper Brookville and it was AMAZING. We had the entire party outside on the veranda and it was spectacular -- I felt I was in a scene from the Great Gatsby. And I have the hangover today to prove it!
I've read so many of these types of posts over the past year and never imagined that my chance would come so quickly.
To all of you 09ers, thank you for EVERYTHING. I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge your ideas, creativity, support, and your HUMOR: they have been nothing short of integral to my wedding planning process. I have sad it before, but I'll say it again: I REALLY don't know how girls on Long Island (and elsewhere) plan weddings without LIW!
For the girls who already gotten married, I hope to have a beautiful day such as yours, full of joy and love. To the brides embarking on their big day, best of luck and warm wishes.
I will try to post some teasers on Saturday but we are having a day-after brunch, then directly thereafter jet-setting to Bermuda!
