i can't believe this!!! - UPDATE

my mom just IMs me and tells me that my aunt and uncle (here from Israel for the wedding) thought their flight was tomorrow afternoon but it turns out it was today (plane left 2 hours ago).

they called customer service but are on hold (still haven't spoken to a human being yet)

they're usually soooo responsible and i can't believe this happened!

UPDATE - well that was fairly fast ... they were on hold with the airline for almost an hour (longest hour ever!) and got a flight tonight at 11pm. **phew** ... sad that this means we won't get a 'last dinner' together tonight though ... but at least they can get home

I hope the airline can accommodate them!!
