I haven't been sick in a year!!! Here we are 10 days away..and NOW I'm gonna get sick? Well bring it on now ...cause I'd rather it happen now than next week!!!

I thought my dad was the only one who's obesessed! Everytime I get sick he's like 'Pumpkin, how bout that Airborne... Did you take that Airborne... That Airborne should do the trick!' Grrrrrr

Aw don't worry- Do these things, and you'll be perfectly fine!
~Take like 2 vitamin C pills a day ~Drink OJ (the immunity defense kind... think its Tropicana) ~Claritin works great for me- if ur stuffy or light-headed from sinus' ~SLEEP, SLEEP, SLEEP! ~Gargle with warm water with salt if your throat is hurting (a teaspoon for half a glass) ~Go to a heath food store and get 'Emergen-C' its awesome- you disolve the powder in water, and it tastes orange-y. (trader Joes has it)
~Think positively- you might be feeling worse if you're getting stressed or nervous or just thinking about feeling sick too much =)
.... omg, I'm going to end this now b/c I sound just like my mother. (!) (But do it- it will work, I promise! And go to bed early, haha)

go buy some emergent-c it is a vit c drink helps boost your immune system!
