I can't believe we still havent made our minimum!

we have a good number outstanding, but most of them are probable no's...

i can't believe how worried I was a few months ago- thank GOD I didn't switch to the bigger room .

we are only 9 short right now, so we should get that, but I doubt we'll get above 110.

oh well, we'll see. for the most part, the 'main' people in our lives will be there, so I am fine with that.

We are short of our min too by 7 people! It is hard to think we are paying for people that aren't there but like you said

'The important people will be there to share with you'

Keep that in your mind

You couldn't work something out with your hall - maybe drop the minimum down so that you weren't paying for empty seats?

Unfortunately not...we didn't have that high of a min to begin with...We had made the min but then some have started calling with cancellations...

Jess,

If you don't meet your min, see if they can throw something in for free or reduce the cost of some other items.

Jess, we're in the same boat, BUT we should just make it.

Are you also counting yourselves (you and Leo) and any vendors that will be there? We completely forgot about that, and that's how we'll actually make our minimuim!

Hi Ladies, My cutoff date for RSVP's is April 1st and of the 245 people we invited, we only have 100 as of this morning. My FH is freaking out because we didn't think we would have this problem. Our minimum is 170, I really hope we make it!

THis may sound weird...but..if you don't meet your min. and they make you pay..can you request that they pkg up the plates for you to take home????

I just feel like you are paying for it..even if you are on your honeymoon..maybe a family member can enjoy it...

oh and jess i am sure you have more then enough people on here will be honored to come and help you out if you need it!!!

Are you sure you counted EVERYONE, that is coming, Including yourselves? We also forgot to count ourselves and the kids, that's five extra!!!

we are also below our minimum..by about 16 people right now but FHs parents have started calling some friends they wanted to invite but didn't originally (b/c we thought we would be OVER our mimimum!)
I hope we will be not too far off...we have to give the final # to the WM in a few weeks..when are you doing that?
