I Can't believe what my boss just said

No one at work knows yet - I'm only 9 1/2 weeks but just had lunch with my boss today who said during our conversation, 'Don't go getting pregnant'.

There are three other women in the office who are pregnant and I manage one of them. Then he said later on 'I don't want to hear about any surprises'...and 'youre going to be a great mom - SOMEday'. I am so upset - I don't know how I am going to tell him. I was going to tell him right before Christmas but now I might wait. We are really good friends but he is making me feel awful, like I did something wrong. I don't know what to do...

Did any of you girls have less than supportive work environments?

I can not believe he sadi that....I would tell him...and there is noting he can do about it once you tell him...You have a lot more rights as a person Good luck...

You do not have to tell hom anyway buntill you are 12 weeks

I'm not telling my boss until the new year. I don't think it's any of her business anyway. I'm 13 weeks and I'm not showing so I don't need to announce it as of yet. I don't know how she's going to take it and I really don't care because I'm not going back to work in September.

HOWEVER, I do have some nosey co-workers that like to talk behind my back. The other day the school secretary asked one of my friends if I was pregnant because a doctor called for me. A doctor?? It could have been my shrink for working there for so many years!!!

She also said this... (I almost slapped her) She's not really showing in the front but you can see she's growing in the back. As if to say my butt is getting bigger...Sheesh! The nerve of some people...she should stop looking at my a$$.
