I CANT BELIEVE YOU GUYS!!!!!!!!!
THIS POST HAS BROUGHT ME TO TEARS!!!
your love and support has meant everything to me!!! can you believe im at a loss for words.
i know youve been wondering what happend to him so i will give you the quick version. no one likes a long post. lol
i had my baby boy wrapped up in a blanket to keep him warm whild sitting next to me. i thought he was moving to get comfy but it turns out he wanted off the sofa. before i knew what he was doing i hear cryin like ive never heard before. he jumped off the sofa wrapped not being able to see where he was going and landed on his poor little face.
next day we took him to the vet they said his jaw was broken. if it didnt get fixed we would have to put him down![]()
we could not do that.
took him to livs and waited to hear what there resluts would bring. his poor little teeth and bones are to old that they would not be able to put pins of panels to repair any damage. they would need to remove the bad teeth and lower jaw. they said this was the best option for him and that he would be back to normal. just no more hard food or bones/chewy toys for him. oh and they did say he might look a little funny because his tonuge will be out all the time. to bad i didnt show them a pic of ginger. lol
he had the surgery last night and it went very well.
it was the waitng that was killing me!!!
fast foward to 20mins ago!!!
they called to say he is doing GREAT!!! he has not spent that much time in his crate because the staff is wanting to take turns holding him.lol w hore dog. lol he has not eatin on his own but this common with pain meds so they have been feeding him with a syringe.
THEY SAID HE SHOULD BE ABLE TO COME HOME TOMORROW AFTERNOON!!!!
AGAIN!!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE DONE FOR US.
