I think Prosciutto has ham and since I dont like ham my vote is for the tomato and mozz. I love that

Re: I can't decide...

I say the mozzarella, tomato and basil

as a bonus fresh basil is an aphrodisiac, you'll have happy guests :)

Re: I can't decide...

if you have any guests who keep kosher or halal or don't eat meat, you're probably better off with the mozzarella. personally i'd prefer it because there's going to be meat later in the meal.

Re: I can't decide...

i picked prosciutto with melon because it's much more of a delicacy, something i wouldn't necessarily make for myself, and fancy enough for a wedding.

Mozz & Tomato.

My feeling is that more people like that than the melon.

Prosciutto and Melon

Re: I can't decide...

prosciutto and melon can be nice fancy app....but i think you'll find a lot of guests won't be used to it--and probably won't eat it.

if you want something that will be eaten--go with tomato & mozz--much more popular item
