I can't even tell you how tired I am from this case!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I spoke to my investigator today and she told me how she interviewed someone from my old job and they completely lied about everything!!!!!!!!!!! Right now I am crying, I just want this to be over!!!!!!!! She said they have not made a counter offer yet, so I might have to go to court. I am so sick of this!!!!!!!!!!!!! How do people expect to get away with treating another human being like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im so sorry Please dont cry! I wanna come thru the computer and hug you right now!!! Im not sure as to the background of the case but I HATE when people lie about things that are going to affect someone else! I had to deal with this recently with my old job re: a lawsuit.. They told me not to say anything I was like Im NOT lying to anyone about this stuff! I will tell the truth so now they hate me but oh well for them! Im an honest person! Hope everything works out and Im here if u need to talk

I know it's really tough, but stay strong Ren. they don't have the right to treat you or anyone else the way they did. IT takes a strong person to stand up and make a point for what's right, you can do it.

Just remember you're sticking up for other employees as well as yourself.

I'm sorry, I know it's tough to hear someone lie like that. I work in the court system advocating for kids, and child protection workers lie under oath all the time. It's such a hard pill to swallow and I don't know how people can do it. Hope it works out for you

Hey Ren, i am sorry your so upset. I am sure your ivestigator will talk to more than one person and from more than one job. I am sure they will also speak to some personal references as well..

I am sure when they realize that everyone else says great things about you and your character they will realiaze this person is nothing more than a lying idiot!!!
Even though one person made up a whole bunch of BS, it is wuite obvious that you are a beautiful person (even though i only know you from here) and good things happen to good people. If there is anything I can do, please dont hesitate to ask.

So sorry to hear. I have no idea what the case is all about but I definitely understand. I am in the process of taking my old employer to court and had to file a case with department of labor. It is soooooo not fun, very stressful, and the case keeps getting postponed. Just remember KARMA is a *****!

Thanks Jamie I am really trying to be strong here and it's so hard, my investigator said that her interview won't hold much weight cause she is administrative staff member so that is good!!!!!!!!!!!! It just hurts me that people find it ok to lie and treat someone else like this!!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to go over my friends house tonight and she said she will cheer me up!!!!!! I think the worst part is, is that I am such a good person and I really don't deserve this!!!!!! I think what hurts me the most is that this woman said I was incapable of doing my job cause of my disability. Really then why was I promoted 3 times in 3 years of my employment!!!!!!!!!!

My job fired me cause I asked for an accomodation due to my M.S, now they are trying to save their asses by lying since I filed a complaint with the EEOC and division of human right!!!!!!!!!!!!!
