Why don't you register for some stuff online? We did our registries mostly online. BB&B we did entirely online and Crate and Barrel we did online but then I went into the store to see some of the stuff in person and to add more.

Yep and even more work when they discontinue your items and you have to go back and pick something else, that's what happened to me!

My BF registered all online, this was like five years ago, but literally every single thing was not available in the store, just online... that worries me too but the rest of the stuff i kinda have to see, i did a BBB already with the gun lol

Yep same exact thing w/ me! I had 2 separate problems, Macy's kept discontinuing everything, and BB&B didn't have the same things in the store as they did online! Very annoying. Plus they don't even notify you when they discontinue items.

i felt the same wayyy and sooooo many of the things that I registered for discontinued!!! it was sooooooooo annoying/ upsetting but once you see ppl start purchasing things its allllll worth it ! lol

I was so excited when FH and I went to register, but after about an hour he started getting cranky, and I got totally overwhelmed and I did not want to finish! I eventually did, and luckily only a few things were discontinued. We ended up just casually browsing for those things when we were at the mall one day and then registered for them online once we found what we liked. It was so much more relaxed and fun that way!

I started off my registries at the stores, but then did all the editting online. It's easier and you can read reviews and change it every other second.
